Resource management, productivity, IT support and maintenance etc are a few of them. Time & Material is a flexible service model which gives you the liberty to choose technical resources from our extensive resource pool on the basis of the required number of hours. Along with flexibility, the hired model gives the client the liberty to make necessary adjustments in case of any change in the project requirements. Our team follows the agile methodology in all the projects. Vofox team organizes sprint retros and project demos from time to time for the review of the project. The time and material model can be availed for a certain period of time ranging from 3 to 12 months contracts or more. A minimum guarantee of 2 hours per day which is equivalent to 40 hours per month should be maintained for every resource working onshore in the US.
In the onshore only model, our dedicated resource or development team works closely with you to understand your project goals, product requirements, and technical needs. They will work with your onshore team in the US remotely or in your office premises as full time resources.
Blended model works in a 1:7 ratio in terms of resources. In this model, resource working onshore in US will manage daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint retros etc. utilizing agile methodology. On top of that, they will also manage the offshore team including deployment.
In the offshore model, the entire team would be working from our development centre in India and you can hire the dedicated resources for a short term or a long term contracts.

The fixed model is considered to be the best fit for those organization who might not need an in house IT team. Vofox has a dedicated team of IT experts who can handle your project from end to end. Our primary objective is to understand the client requirement from end to end. Based on the requirement, we prepare project documentation covering all the key aspects including the scope and estimate of the project. Once the client is aligned with our project document, Vofox team takes care of every single milestone in the project including design, implementation and handover.
